Good stuff and bad stuff
In the world, there is good stuff and there is bad stuff. For example, bad bacteria can cause infections and disease, whereas good bacteria are needed in the body for digestive health. Similar, there is good inflation and bad inflation. Good inflation is the by-product of a healthy economy driven by growth in productivity and real economic activity. Though China engaged in excessive real estate investment which created bad inflation, the Chinese government’s systematic theft of technology from America, Europe, and Japan was a huge boon to their domestic economy, creating good inflation.
Australia and Japan are two examples of how bad inflation is being created by excessive immigration. Inflation is rising at a much greater pace than wages, as the price gains are being driven by immigrants who are driving up the prices of goods and at the same time, are serving to suppress wage gains. Bad inflation results in falling standards of living. Good inflation means the standard of living is actually rising — the systematic theft of technology by the Communist Chinese government helped to increase the standard of living in China.
The falling standard of living in Australia and Japan is demonstrative of the failure of the economic thinking that inflation at any cost (e.g. excessive monetary and fiscal policy plus excessive immigration) is a benefit to a nation’s citizenry.

Relevant or Coincidence
This site has made the argument that the prophecies concerning the Whore of Babylon refer to those Jews who are actively working to bring about the rise of the secular, Jewish Moshiach and the Jewish millennium (please refer to the Topic entitled “The Moshiach, the Beast, and the Whore of Babylon”)
Since writing on that topic, I came across some interesting pieces of history, which may be relevant to our argument — or may be just a passing coincidence.
With the Roman destruction of the Jewish temple and the kingdom of Judea in 70 AD, the center of Judaism shifted from Jerusalem to Babylon, where there was a sizable Jewish community that existed for hundreds of years previously. In 597 BC, Nebuchadnezzar begin the first of several forced migrations from Israel to Babylon. When Cyrus of Persia conquered Babylon in 538 BC, he freed the Jews from captivity, allowing them to return to Israel if they so desired. Interestingly, a significant portion of them decided to remain in Babylon. Without a temple, the Jewish people of Babylon developed practices and traditions to deal with its absence — and 600 years later, Jewish refugees from the destroyed kingdom of Judea arrived. The Judaism practiced in Babylon for centuries became the mainstay of Judaism, as it already had dealt with the absence of the Jewish temple. The Talmud was written in Babylon — after the Jewish temple in Jerusalem was destroyed (the same Talmud which says pedophilia is an acceptable practice for Jewish people).
I learned about these historical factoids relatively recently, so they were not part of my initial arguments concerning the Whore of Babylon. Perhaps it is mere coincidence, but one could argue that these historical insights are supportive of my argument regarding the nature of the whore of Babylon.
Not sure why
It would appear that a number of Western European governments really want to escalate the Ukraine conflict into a wider European war. Obviously, they are hoping to drag in America into the war, via NATO, otherwise they would lose in a stupendous manner. Norway arrested some Germans who tried to release drones at a Norwegian airport — thereby dispelling the contrived narrative of Russian hybrid drone warfare against NATO states. Given our hypothesis that foreign policy is driven by domestic power concerns, one can only guess that the Beast/Whore in Europe believe a war with Russia will aid them in furthering their political agenda. I would guess the next move will be to launch a series of escalating provocations against Russia’s borders, with the hope of triggering hostilities— pretty much a repeat of how the US provoked the Ukraine conflict. Time will tell if our speculation plays out. (This is only tangentially related to the prophecies of Revelation)
