I believe that God has intervened directly in my life twice, in answer to my prayers. Both times happened when I was still in school. Both times I prayed long into the night, and God granted my requests. A lot of time has passed since then, and though I believe God still answers my prayers, I have not had to ask for such a specfic thing for myself since my school days.
The required surgery was successful, without complications. I am recovering very quickly from the surgery and looks like I will be discharged ahead of schedule. I strongly believe that it is because of your prayers that things have gone so well — again, I would like to thank you all for your support.
My first two nights after the surgery were plagued by very bizarre nightmares — I have a strong imagination, yet things in my dreams went unpleasantly beyond anything I could think of while awake. However, during the third night, right before awakening, I had a very different dream. I could see what I knew to be myself, though it was represented by just a presence. I felt within myself the unlimited power of God. It was amazing and wonderful. The experience was so powerful that when I woke, I was disoriented to the point where I could not tell my arms from my legs — I knew I was awake, but I had briefly lost my sense of physical self. I believe that God pushed His healing power through me, allowing me to not only survive, but also to heal quickly, through His grace. I also believe that God granted me this because of all of your prayers.
Thank you for remembering me in your prayers.
