Revelation 6:5-6 says,
And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.
And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.
This site has argued that this prophecy will be manifested by a hurtful rise in the overall cost of living. Though one might think it calls for a shortage of food, the price of food can also go up via high demand and money printing. We have previously argued that the millions of illegal immigrants pouring through the open borders of the ‘West’ (i.e. America and Western Europe) represents an increase in demand for the essentials in life — food, shelter, and energy (e.g. gasoline, electricity, etc.). The demand for these goods is fairly inelastic — i.e. price increases will only have a limited effect on curbing demand. No matter the cost, we all need to eat, drink, have a place to live, and be able to recharge our iPhones.
The rise in the cost to life’s essentials, due to the millions of illegals pouring across the borders, has gotten so bad that Harris, the illegitimate Vice President, is calling for price controls and saying she will build millions of federally subsidized homes. Yet, despite this, the financial media is saying that inflation has been subdued so the Federal Reserve must cut interest rates — highly incongruent.
The two factors driving the rise in prices for life’s essentials, i.e. a flood of illegal immigration and the massive government handouts to illegal immigrants, is not stopping and will not stop under an illegitimate Harris administration. Should the Federal Reserve actually cut interest rates in such an environment, then truly the price of wheat and barley will continue to surge.
The signs of Revelation fill the world.
