New thinking regarding the Whore and the Beast

In regard to some aspects of the prophecies of Revelation, there has been some evolution of thinking.  In the early days of this site, we mostly referred to the Beast, aka the Anti-Christ, as a singular entity.  However, as the prophecies surrounding the Whore of Babylon became clearer, the role of the Whore of Babylon became better understood.  Though the Whore and the Beast are working towards the same goals, Revelation tells us there will be a falling out between them.

As the Biden administration really inflicted severe economic harm to Europe by instigating the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and by its sanctions on Russia after the conflict started, it supported our argument the Biden administration could be viewed as the Whore (and America as Babylon) verses viewing the European Union as the Beast.  However, even though the Trump administration is following a very different playbook from Biden’s administration, the main EU states continue their same policies towards Russia and the Ukraine conflict.  Given this, I believe it no longer makes sense to view the Beast-Whore dualism as something between the American and European globalist Jews.

Revelation tells us the eventually the Beast will turn on the Whore and will be directly involved in the destruction of the Whore (Revelation 17:16-18).  Given this and given that we have been arguing that both the Beast and the Whore are both related to Jewish groups, then we are forced into considering an alternative scenario.  More on this later…

I am not a Catholic, but…

It was a few years ago (or longer as time does fly by) when I first read about an obscure prophecy made by an Irish saint named Máel Máedóc Ua Morgair.  The prophecy referred to as St. Malarchy’s prophecy predicts 112 Popes, after which the Catholic Church will end.  According to this prophecy, Pope Francis, who died in 2025, was the 112th and final Pope.  Unsurprisingly, with the election of the new Pope, Pope Leo XIV, the Catholic church has moved to discredit St. Malarchy and his prophecy.

Though at this point it is only a thought exercise, and not something to spend too much time contemplating, but what if we were to assume the prophecy of St. Malarchy was indeed uttered as an actual prophecy of God? The question then becomes, who or what is Pope Leo XIV?

For some reason, a passage of Revelation arose in my mind when thinking about this matter — more precisely, Revelation 13:11-14 which says:

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.

12And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.

13And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

This site has argued that the Catholic Church does not play a role in the prophecies relating to the Whore of Babylon, however, if we were to assume that the prophecy of St. Malarchy is from God, then Pope Leo XIV may play a role in the above prophecy.  Though it is entirely premature to think of the new Pope as the second Beast, it is something to keep in the back of our minds, especially if the Pope continues to be an advocate for the same political/social agenda as the Beast and the Whore.

(I did read an article that highlighted a surge in Catholic converts in America as of late, but the article also said that these converts were centered in Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, and Minneapolis — all these cities are known for extreme ‘wokeness’.)

Aliens?  Really?

It seems the US government (or whoever) has suddenly decided that it is time to tell the world about all the aliens that are buzzing around the Earth.  This reminds of one of the first arguments made when this site was first started.  Back then, we speculated that governments would need to have some sort of explanation for when the raptured happened, and millions of people disappeared from Earth.  What better lie than to say they were all kidnapped by aliens!  Mass alien abductions, oh my!

In a convoluted manner, a recent Tucker Carlson interview may be related.  Tucker was interviewing an exorcist, who claims that demons can have a quite detailed knowledge about scripture and theological arguments.  Assuming that this is true (I personally like to stay away from anything to do with demons), one can argue that perhaps we are actually getting closer to the rapture, and the move to release alien related disinformation is demonically inspired…anyway, it is because of ‘news’ articles such as alien sightings, that I am continually disinclined to look at what the news sources are publishing.
