We have previously argued that Turkey, Syria, and Iraq forms the Zone of Death. The Euphrates river begins in Turkey and flows through Syria and Iraq before emptying into the Persian Gulf. In Revelation 9:13-15, it is written:
And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
Based on this scripture, we have argued that the conflict in this region will continue until it triggers a global, and probably a nuclear war, as one third of mankind will die.
Now that Clinton has been defeated at the polls, the danger of a nuclear war with Russia in the near future has dissipated. However, the coming of the global war still looms in the future. Turkey remains a wild card in this conflict, and as such, remains our prime candidate for triggering a global war.
Turkey is supposedly at war with ISIS, but it is definitely at war with the Kurds, given their repeated attacks on Kurdish forces. Turkish military forces have invaded Iraq (supposedly to attack ISIS) and has recently invaded Syria as well. Erdogan has made his hostility towards the Assad regime of Syria well know, but he has recently come out and officially declared that his military invasion of Syria is for the purpose of overthrowing the Assad regime.

The global war, as prophesied in Revelation, has been pushed back into the future, where it belongs. The Sixth Seal still needs to be opened, so there is still plenty of living to be done. However, the stage has been set in the Zone of Death.
